MovieMozo is an online platform that helps business professionals discover, track and develop the film industry's up and coming writers, directors and actors.

It is comprised of two separate but interacting communities:

• A business community consisting of agents, managers, producers, studio executives, lawyers and publicists that have been drawn exclusively from the industry's top tier companies and screened to verify credentials.
• A talent community that is open to all aspiring and established actors, writers and directors.

How does it work?

1. Any talent member can sign up and:

   • Create an online profile detailing their representation, credits, contact information, and education;
   • Connect and collaborate with fellow talent community members;
   • Upload their videos, images and written materials to an electronic portfolio to easily share and showcase their content;
   • Receive measurable feedback on their material from MovieMozo's top tier business community; and
   • Rise to the top of MovieMozo's charts and be discovered.

2. Once approved for membership, a business member can sign up and:

   • Create a professional profile detailing their current position, prior experience, contact information, biography and education;
   • Gain access to, and maintain their company's presence within, MovieMozo's ever growing wiki-style company directory;
   • Browse, review and comment on MovieMozo's database of talent content;
   • Use MovieMozo's proprietary talent tracker to identify the best rated, most popular and most recently posted content within the MovieMozo network;
   • Use watch lists to track talent members' activities without compromising their own privacy;
   • Establish new connections and network with other business and talent members; and
   • Develop and promote their existing clients within the MovieMozo network.

3. MovieMozo's Unique Dual Community Structure:

   • Designed to mirror the film industry's real-world structure;
   • Accommodates strict privacy rules that govern the interaction and communication between the business and talent communities in order to prevent unwanted solicitation (e.g., talent members are restricted from communicating with, viewing or accessing any business members' information unless contact is first initiated by a business member);
   • Nurtures a mutually beneficial environment where talent is encouraged to post content in order to receive valuable feedback and exposure while business members are encouraged to browse and review talent content in order to help identify rising talent and also promote their existing clients with the MovieMozo network.
